You can terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, and all virtual items and account data will be deleted.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

16. Miscellaneous Provisions

Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Avanti Cigar Company regarding platform use.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

No Waiver

Assignment
